Bellissima serata quella di ieri a Torri del Benaco, sul lago di Garda. Simpatica l'idea dell'abito bianco: i tangueri sembravano, a seconda dei punti di vista, infermieri, sposi, mummie, o angioletti... Si distinguevano subito le persone abituate to dress in white, from those which had an impromptu match at the last moment, forcing combinations of materials reclaimed from the cabinets, and some felt almost as a masquerade to me and had also hoped to find confetti and horns.
you for the beautiful lakeside setting, either by the nearly full moon that looked like a silver bulb broke off from the row of street lights on the pier,
you for the excellent music selection Petruzzelli Alfredo di Torino ... this small variation on the theme made it all a bit 'more euphoric than usual. And many have not survived the jump into the water.
The place is still impressive for a summer milonga. Being on the shore of
lago, la temperatura è più ventilata e fresca che non in città.
Il pavimento piastrellato è buono, nonostante alcuni punti leggermente in pendenza e scivolosi. La pista è ampia e rettangolare, c'è molto spazio attorno per riposarsi o per chiacchierare in tranquillità. Volendo è possibile cenare prima della milonga. Il parcheggio è spazioso... che altro?
Il mese di agosto si ballerà tango ogni venerdì, sabato e domenica (organizzazione di Titti e Paolo Vaccari).
